   Ito ang headline ngayong araw ng tabloid na Bulgar. Isang congressman ang naghain ng House Bill na ito sa mababang kapulungan. Ayon sa ulat, mahaharap sa anim na taong pagkabilanggo at multang hindi bababa sa P6,000 ang sinumang mapapatunayang magmura, naglagay ng mga paninira at masamang komento sa mga social networking site at internet blog tulad ng Facebook at Twitter.

   Ano ang masasabi n’yo sa panukalang ito? Ako, ang masasabi ko lang ay: Putaragis! Ba’t hindi na pwedeng magmura? Paano ko mai-eexpress ang sarili ko kapag may mabigat akong problema? Tangina naman oh! Fucking bullshit! Sige, bahala sila sa buhay nila. Maging matagumpay sana ang pagpapatupad nila ng batas na ito kahit sa tingin ko eh mukhang imposibleng mapigilan ang pagmumura.
